The Role

Help drive profitable growth across our On Premise channel through commercial insight, customer deal evaluation and strong financial discipline.

You’ll work across the growing On Premise channel, with exposure to customer deals, investment decisions and some of Lion’s most exciting brands, working closely with Sales, Finance and Trade Investment to shape customer investment decisions.

• Partner with the On Premise Sales team to provide commercial insight and financial guidance that supports better customer and channel decisions
• Evaluate customer deals, assessing investment, returns, risks and key commercial assumptions
• Facilitate the On Premise Steering Group, bringing clear analysis and recommendations to support effective investment decisions
• Track customer investment and rate performance, identifying risks, opportunities and actions
• Oversee contract accruals, customer statements and On Premise overheads to strengthen financial control and visibility
• Build strong relationships across Sales, Finance and other teams to support better commercial outcomes

You’ll join a large and diverse Finance team, giving you the chance to build your commercial capability, learn from experienced finance professionals and explore a range of career pathways across Lion.

About You

You’re commercially minded, analytical and comfortable working with stakeholders to turn numbers into clear recommendations. You’ll bring curiosity, confidence and a practical approach, with plenty of opportunity to grow your commercial capability.

As well as Finance experience, you will bring -

• Financial modelling and analytical capability
• Commercial judgement to assess investment, returns, risks and opportunities
• Ability to translate financial information into clear insights and recommendations
• Stakeholder relationships and influencing skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving processes and controls
• Confident, adaptable communication
