Territory Manager

Hola! The Havana team have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team as our Territory Manager, reporting to our National Hospitality Sales Manager and based at our Wellington HQ. This is a permanent opportunity where you will seek out new business opportunities & manage an existing customer base across the On Premise & Café channels. 

  

As we continue to grow Havana, we are on a mission to increase our presence across the Wellington region and increase our focus on supporting our existing customer base and account retention. 

  

Your key focus areas in this role will be: 

  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to your call cycle to ensure customer needs are being met. 

  • Deliver on account retention & new business targets 

  • Sell in of Retail range to existing customer base 

  • Ensure existing accounts are supported through training, servicing and resources to help them grow their coffee business 

  • Build capability in coffee training and troubleshooting for machinery queries. 

  

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Is motivated, self-driven, and pro-active with a desire to achieve results and use initiative. 

  • Has the ability to work independently as well as in a team, prioritise and quickly solve problems (solution focused) 

  • Has excellent organizational and time management skills 

  • Has strong verbal & written communication & customer service skills 

  • Has passion, and a strong attention to detail 

  • Experience in a similar sales role within FMCG
