Brewery Leader

We are looking for an experienced Brewery Leader to take the wheel of the brewery team, creating an environment that maximizes the contribution of the brewery people and processes to produce market leading beer

The nuts and bolts of the job but not the whole toolbox: 

• Lead, coach and develop the brew crew
• Ensure a culture of safety and wellbeing in your people
• Use an uncompromising attitude to produce the best beer possible
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of Panhead as part of the Operations Leadership Team

Qualifications and desired skills include: 

• A minimum of five years commercial brewing experience in a similar role and environment. 
• A relevant brewing qualification, or currently working towards one. 
• Demonstratable leadership and coaching experience  
• Experience and passion for recipe development and innovation
• A current full driver’s license with an F endorsement. 
• Knowledge of and experience working within Health and Safety, and Food Safety legislation and framework.
