Production Brewer - Panhead

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Production Brewer to join our tight-knit Panhead team in Upper Hutt. This is a permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday role for someone who loves being hands-on, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a brewery environment where quality and safety come first.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

You’ll be right at the heart of our production process, helping brew the beers Panhead is famous for. Day to day, you’ll be:

• Running brew house operations from start to finish, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Owning cellar operations including filtering, centrifuge operation and yeast management.
• Managing fermentations and ensuring beer quality is on point, every time.
• Championing food safety, quality and health & safety standards across the brewery.
• Troubleshooting issues, improving processes and supporting continuous improvement.
• Working closely with a passionate team who back each other and take pride in what they produce.

What You’ll Bring:

• Commercial brewing experience in a similar production environment.
• A relevant brewing qualification (or working towards one).

• Knowledge of Health and Safety, and Food Safety frameworks.

• A problem-solving mindset, and a love of continuous improvement.

• A team player mentality, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
