Business Support Coordinator - Part Time

We’re on the lookout for a Business Support Coordinator to join our Panhead team in Upper Hutt. This is a fixed term role (through to December 2026) offering 12 hours per week, with flexibility in how these hours are worked across full or part days.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

You’ll provide go-to support across our brewery operations, helping keep the wheels turning day to day. Your impact will include:

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of key site events throughout the year
  • Owning office admin and ordering, post, documentation and site records
  • Keeping critical production and location records accurate and up to date
  • Supporting supplier onboarding, system updates and general admin tasks
  • Assisting with safety and compliance records, including first aid and fire registers
  • Helping manage stock adjustments, reporting and operational admin
  • Providing general systems and admin support that keeps the site running smoothly

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong admin and organisational skills
  • Confidence juggling multiple tasks and priorities
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and great attention to detail
  • Comfort working with systems and data (experience with SAP is a bonus)
  • A team-first mindset and clear, friendly communication
  • Previous experience in operations, admin or site support roles will be well regarded
