Preventative Maintenance Electrician

We are currently looking for a Preventative Maintenance Electrician to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, process and equipment improvement projects, fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs. You will also utilise root-cause analysis to deliver best practice continuous improvement.

The Role 

Step into our reliability team in this preventative maintenance role, looking after our assets across Lion:

• Reliability activities to optimise production and minimise downtime
• Scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance
• Respond to breakdowns
• Assist contractors attending the site for equipment maintenance
• Champion a safety-first culture across the Brewery
• Maintaining Hazardous area equipment and support to the SME with compliance.

This is a day shift role, covering AM tier meetings and handovers between AM & PM shifts.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Requires a Full NZ Electrical Practicing Licence.
• Skills in fault finding and small changes with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC’s.
• Strong hands-on experience in electrical maintenance (preferably in a manufacturing FMCG environment)
• Decision making in ambiguous situations
• Proven communication ability and a team player attitude
• Strong motivation to succeed and deliver quality results
