The Role
We're looking for a Supply Planner to join our Sydney-based team. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, you'll be responsible for finished goods planning across local production, imports and rework, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time across our national network.
Working at the centre of Production, Demand Planning, Logistics and NPD, you'll balance supply, inventory and customer service while managing risk and supporting some of Australia's favourite beverage brands.
- Coordinate finished goods, import and rework planning across the national network
- Partner with Production Schedulers, Demand Planning, Logistics and NPD to balance supply and demand
- Deliver key planning KPIs including DIFOT, Case Fill, DIO and aged stock
- Communicate supply risks, stock shortages and planning decisions to stakeholders across the business
- Use SAP, Excel, Power BI and AI-enabled tools to support planning and decision making
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, planning processes and ways of working
You'll join a collaborative planning team that enjoys working together, takes pride in what they do and supports each other through busy periods
About You
You're an experienced Supply Planner who enjoys solving problems, working with data and building strong relationships across the business. You're confident taking ownership, making decisions and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Supply Planning experience within FMCG or manufacturing
- Experience managing finished goods planning within a production-focused supply chain
- SAP, Power BI and Excel system capability
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision making
- Confidence building relationships, influencing stakeholders, pushing back where required and communicating supply risks
- Interest in AI tools and new technology that improve planning efficiency
