Service Executive - Fixed Term Contract

We’re currently recruiting for one 6-month fixed term opportunity based in our York Street, Sydney office. We’ll also soon be recruiting for multiple 3-month summer positions to support us through our peak period, so if a shorter-term opportunity is more your style, we’d still love to hear from you!

Our team operates Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm. To support business needs, you'll need to be available to work either shift and possibly public holidays.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Managing service interactions through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and marketplace, ensuring exceptional service across all platforms.
• Providing solutions that exceed customer expectations, aiming for first call resolution with every interaction.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Embracing a mindset focused on continuous improvement to enhance our service standards and delight our customers.
