Senior Team Assistant

We are currently seeking a high performing Assistant to support our General Counsel (AU), Sustainability Director & Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) Director. In this role you will support three executive leaders through an exciting period, creating an environment which enables them and their teams to succeed. This is a part time, 12-month contract role with Hybrid working arragements  – required in office at least 2 days per week (based on part time)

Key responsibilities included in this role are: 

• Complex diary management sometimes across multiple time-zones. 
• Meeting management and setting your leaders up for success with proactive planning.
• Making travel arrangements & completion of expense reports in line with policy.
• Manage of purchase orders & processing invoices.
• Providing administrative support for governance activities including managing Legal Knowledge site & Policy Site for business
• Confidential administration support.
• Build and foster effective relationships of the wider EA/TA community.
