We are searching for a Senior Analyst Supply Chain – Spirits to join our Finance Team in Sydney, reporting into our Finance Director – Supply Chain. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, where you’ll have the flexibility to work from the office and from home.
In this role, you will partner with the business to provide financial and commercial analysis and insights to enable better decisions and manage business performance. Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Partner our Distillery site, including decision support for the Operations director and key Leaders
- Partner the Spirits Logistics function, ensuring optimisation of route to market solutions
- Support forecasting, planning, analysis, insight generation and reporting to deliver deep commercial insights and advice to support decision making and delivery of Spirits’ financial targets
- Work independently on assigned analysis and engage on multiple initiatives simultaneously, while proactively communication with stakeholders
- Deliver Month end with sign-off on time and with confidence and accuracy
- Uphold and deliver strong balance sheet governance for the Spirits business in line with LION Group standards
- Conduct data manipulation and modelling and prepare ad-hoc analysis to generate insights for decision making
- Build and embed offshore capability to support Month End activities and routine tasks
- Implement simplification of systems and processes to support continuous improvement

- Experience delivering continuous improvement across processes and systems
- A focus on governance and controls
- Degree qualification in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
- CA/CPA/ACCA qualification (or working towards)
- 5+ years’ postgraduate experience including commercial experience
