Senior FP&A Analyst

The Role

This is a broad commercial finance role with exposure across the full planning cycle. Rather than owning one piece of the puzzle, you'll build an end-to-end view of the business, working closely with stakeholders to turn financial information into meaningful insights that support decision making.

• Drive planning, forecasting and outlook processes across the full planning cycle, including AOP
• Deliver management reporting, KPI analysis and performance insights that support commercial decisions
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand performance drivers and manage overhead planning
• Coordinate capital planning and bring together financial information from multiple teams to support planning and reporting
• Coach and provide day-to-day support to an Analyst while building strong relationships across Finance and the wider business
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve consistency and create more value through FP&A

About You

You're a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with people, asking questions and using financial insights to influence decisions. You're proactive, curious and keen to make an impact beyond the numbers -

• Transferrable technical skills from any finance background (not just FP&A)
• Build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• Apply strong financial analysis, planning and business partnering capability
• Coach and support others while contributing positively to a collaborative team
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and challenge the status quo
• Ideally, hold CA or CPA qualifications
