Your day in the life of a Senior Designer- Premium Portfolio

This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Designer to bring creative thinking and strong design craft to a broad mix of Lion brands.

Joining our design team on a fixed-term basis through to 30 June 2027, you’ll play an important role in developing high-quality creative and design work that can then be taken through to final artwork and execution.

This role will give you the opportunity to work broadly across Lion’s brand portfolio, bringing ideas to life across a range of design requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing creative and design work across a broad range of Lion brands
• Taking design concepts through to a stage that is ready for artwork and execution
• Bringing senior-level design thinking and craft to the team
• Working collaboratively within the broader design team
• Supporting a range of brand and design priorities across the business

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience working at Senior Designer level
• Well-developed creative and design capability
• The ability to work across different brands and design styles
• Previous experience working on packaging design
• A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a creative team
• Confidence taking creative work from concept through to design-ready execution
