Your day in the life of a Senior Designer- Premium Portfolio

Based in our outstanding York Street Sydney office you will report into the Design Lead and utilise your creativity and design skills to bring to life our brand vision across for our premium Portfolio (Spirits and RTD) 

The Senior Designer drives creative excellence and visual storytelling through the creation of impactful design work that is crafted, considered and elevated.

Being a high-performing designer, you will shape brand expression across all consumer touchpoints combining strategic thinking, hands-on design, and collaboration to deliver high quality creative outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Create World-Class Activations

• Deliver innovative, market-leading design solutions.
• Ensure all designs align with brand, category, and channel strategies.
• Develop effective brand materials across a broad range of marketing touchpoints, including packaging, OOH, Merchandise, POS and shopper.

Be a Vital Business Partner

• Design and develop concepts for brand
• Support NPD & innovation teams with creative ideas and execution.
• Develop marketing assets across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility.

Ensure Efficient & Effective Investment

• Deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
• Work closely with suppliers and partners to ensure top-tier execution.
• Support strategic team initiatives through effective design solutions.

 To be successful you will bring

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud & Microsoft programs. Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator are imperative and Figma is desirable.
• Knowledge of design application across print, digital, retail, and experiential formats
• Deep understanding of brands, identity systems, campaign creative, and multi-channel design
• Attention to detail with a passion for design and storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate, move fast, and adapt to changing priorities
• We are looking for a designer who has worked on well known brands and luxury or beverage products would be highly desirable
