We are on the hunt for a Sales Solutions Project Manager to join our talented sales team based out of our Sydney CBD office. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and implementation of transformational sales solutions projects across Lion. Importantly this position will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improving sales processes and implementing solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. The role is hybrid, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week. We are open to candidates who are looking for either a full-time role or are happy to work 4 days per week.
A day in the life...
- Project Management: You will facilitate multiple sales solutions projects from initiation to completion, developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Sales Solutions Development: You will work with our Sales Solutions & Digital team to identify opportunities for improving sales processes and propose solutions, collaborating with IT and other departments to design, validate and implement these solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders across different functions. Your ability to build trust, influence without authority, and communicate effectively will be critical to aligning project goals and maintaining momentum.
- Change Management & Communication: As a change champion, you’ll play a central role in adoption of new systems and processes by developing clear communication plans, training approaches, and stakeholder engagement strategies. You’ll ensure impacted teams understand the “why” behind the change and feel equipped to transition smoothly.
- Technical Skills & Delivery: You’ll bring a strong grasp of project management tools (e.g. JIRA) and data analysis fundamentals (e.g. Excel and Power BI). Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems is a bonus.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: You will track and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
What you will need from day one...
- 3-5 years’ experience leading and delivering medium to large scale transformation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of implementing business projects/change within sales, CX and/or digital sales will set you up for success in this role.
- Strong communication and change management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and building strong professional relationships.
- The ability to lead and manage projects effectively, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and make decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Creative thinking skills will be highly valued within this role.
