As our Sales Communication Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless information flow within our sales team and facilitating their professional growth.

This position will be based in our Sydney York Street Head Office, however we are open to considering candidates who are based in Perth, Melbourne or Brisbane. 

A day in the life...

  • Maintain and update our content hub, ensuring all sales-related materials are easily accessible and up to date.
  • Develop engaging and informative content, such as newsletters, sales announcements, and presentations, to keep our sales team motivated, informed, and connected.
  • Coordinate and plan sales meetings, ensuring agendas are clear, objectives are met, and key takeaways are communicated effectively.
  • Cascade any urgent information promptly and efficiently to the sales team, ensuring critical updates are shared in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to gather relevant sales information and insights for effective communication.

What you will need to be successful…

  • Proficient in Excel (including VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint with the ability to create impactful decks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone of voice.
  • Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communications.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with various stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset, always seeks opportunities for self-improvement and career development.
