As our Sales Communication Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless information flow within our sales team and facilitating their professional growth.

A day in the life...

  • Maintain and update our content hub, ensuring all sales-related materials are easily accessible and up to date.
  • Develop engaging and informative content, such as newsletters, sales announcements, and presentations, to keep our sales team motivated, informed, and connected.
  • Coordinate and plan sales meetings, ensuring agendas are clear, objectives are met, and key takeaways are communicated effectively.
  • Cascade any urgent information promptly and efficiently to the sales team, ensuring critical updates are shared in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to gather relevant sales information and insights for effective communication.

 

What you will need to be successful…

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone of voice.
  • Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital tools and platforms for content creation, such as Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar software.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communications.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with various stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset, always seeking opportunities for self-improvement and career development.
