Sales Administration Executive

We’re on the lookout for our next Sales Administration Executive to join our Sales Excellence Team, reporting to our Sales Administration Leader. This role is all about keeping our Sales team firing on all cylinders. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who keeps our field teams equipped with the tools, insights, and support they need to deliver, every day. From SAP wizardry to seamless event coordination, you’ll be the go-to for all things operations and admin..

A day in the life

• Providing top-notch admin support so our sales team can focus on selling
• Processing a high volume of customer invoices and managing cost centres through SAP
• Supporting events and sponsorships activity including logistics, ticketing, and invite coordination
• Providing insights and data support using PowerBi and Excel

What you’ll bring

• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Confidence working with an ERP (SAP would be an advantage) and the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
• A natural ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across the sales network
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast-paced environment
