We are searching for a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager - On Premise (think hotels and pubs) to join our team in Sydney, reporting to our Head of RGM. This is a permanent role and is available on a hybrid basis, which means you’ll have the flexibility to work from home and our York Street Office.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering a sustainable price, promotion, assortment and trade spend strategy to optimise revenue & return for our business and our customers. You will do this by leveraging data driven insights in the On-Premise channel.
A day in the life
You will deliver great business partnering through:
- Incorporation of brand vision, current market dynamics & competitor activity into a robust & consistent pricing strategy.
- Quantify financial impact of short-, medium- & long-term pricing movements.
- Lead the strategic plan for CPI increases twice annually for the on-premise channel.
- Create promotional strategies and mechanics for the on-premise channel.
- Identify risks & opportunities on trade spend efficiency with a particular focus on embedding a return-on-investment culture.
- Drive greater commercial and financial acumen across our sales, marketing and finance teams.
- You will also drive actionable insights for Sales through the development of a pricing & promotional strategy driven by insights and consumer behaviour.
What you’ll bring
- Experience developing budgets and managing profit outcomes is essential experience for this role.
- An ability to manage multiple priorities, develop strategic plans and gain alignment with key stakeholders will set you up for success.
- Demonstrated communication and business partnering skills along with an ability to influence at senior leadership level is essential for this role.
- Previous experience working within Revenue Growth Management, Category or Commercial Finance will be highly regarded.
- Experience working with and a knowledge of the on-premise channel is preferred but not essential for the role.
