We are searching for a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst to join our team in Sydney, reporting to our RGM Manager - Mainstream Beer. We are considering candidates who are open to either a 6-month congtract or a permanent role. The role is hybrid, based in our Sydney CBD office, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
In this role you will be playing an active part in driving the business’s growth and success for both the short and long term. Focusing on our mainstream Beer products (think your favourites: Hahn, Tooheys, XXXX, Guinness and many more!), you will partner with both Marketing and Sales to help drive the success of our products.
A day in the life
- Create, manage and review long and short-term pricing and promotion strategies across the Mainstream Beer portfolio, identifying marketplace drivers that impact price realisation with data driven insights and recommendations.
- Analyse the market with the goal of identifying our SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) with the goal of driving further success.
- Develop insight-led promotional strategies and identify trade spend optimisation opportunities.
- Support the new product launch pricing strategies through data-driven insights.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to solve business problems.
- Manage Pack Price Architecture projects to drive category and Lion growth.
What you’ll bring
- The ability to build strong and constructive relationships across stakeholders.
- The ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and complexity with an action-orientated mindset.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience analysing data with expertise using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Nielsen, Aztec/IRI, Summit, Synergy, etc.)
- Previous experience across Category Analytics or Revenue Growth Analytics would be an advantage.
