We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager – Supply Chain Projects to lead strategically high-value initiatives across our brewery network in Australia and New Zealand. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage Supply chain Project within our brewery network, focusing on network improvements.
• Guide project teams through Lion’s LW4PM framework to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work with cross-functional SMEs to develop project scopes, plans, and milestones.
• Support project leads with clear and effective communication across key network projects.
• Identify and escalate risks while implementing mitigation plans to keep projects on track.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong technical, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead teams to solutions, providing coaching where needed.
• Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for continuous improvement, including implementing Agile methodologies.

Your Experience & Knowledge:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within NPD & SC/Operations.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall & Agile) and software.
• A strong understanding of best-practice project management approaches.
