We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Procurement Category Analyst to join our dynamic team, providing invaluable partnership to Category Managers and Leadership.  You'll be at the forefront of conducting comprehensive analyses of both internal system data and external sources, expertly preparing and evaluating documentation, and sharing your insights and recommendations to drive best total value.
 

A day in the life:

  • Support Category strategy development and sourcing through data analytics, industry research, and scenario analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Facilitate Category engagement with the Supply base, including monitoring KPI performance and ensuring contract compliance through executive summaries and supplier meeting documentation.
  • Contribute to Annual Planning and Budget Development for material and services input costs.
  • Assist in New Product Development (NPD) Projects, both existing and new.
  • Manage Material and Service Pricing, including price reviews, system changes, and contract administration, while tracking and communicating key supplier performance metrics and driving process simplification through continuous improvement initiatives.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Solid commercial and strategic acumen, with a track record of utilizing data-driven insights to influence decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated analytical experience with 5+ years in commercial roles, ideally within FMCG and Procurement sectors and with SAP experience.
  • A proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively and foster strong partnerships.
