National Account Manager - On Premise

Leading beverage company Lion Australia has created a stand-alone spirits division, Four Corners Global Spirits which combines Australia’s best gin business, Four Pillars Gin and Australia’s leading importer, marketer, and distributor of premium spirits, Vanguard Luxury Brands. 
 
We are currently recruiting for a National Account Manager to join our Spirits Sales team partnering our on-premise customers. This role reports directly into our Head of Sales- Spirits and is a critical sales role within our business.

A day in the life…
•    Nurture productive, mutually beneficial business relationships with customers whilst clearly defining and executing our customer strategy
•    Track performance and achievement of all key sales metrics, including NSR, Volume, GM, share, VISs, Customer Engagement and share of voice
•    Role model quality conversations with customers to determine improvement opportunities using Category and consumer insights
•    Leverage Trading terms, Category Growth and promotional plans to deliver optimum business outcomes
•    Lead and facilitate the planning process, activity closeouts and customer contribution for banner. Develop plans that deliver against key financial objectives

•    Strong thought leadership with an understanding of the strategic narrative which our team can achieve and understanding of what needs to be done to achieve this.

•    Demonstrated leadership experience with strong accountability to own your channel.
•    Your proven stakeholder management skills and experience will set you up for success along with strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think about the "big picture" and simplify complex concepts.
