This role is your chance to make a significant impact at the heart of one of Australia’s most dynamic industries. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Sydney CBD office with the ability to work from home 2 days per week.
A day in the life
- Build and Cultivate Key Relationships: Develop strong, lasting partnerships with Australia’s top retailers, driving brand presence and growing sales across the country.
- Strategic Leadership: Create and execute strategic sales plans that elevate our brands, drive revenue, and ensure a consistent presence on shelves nationwide.
- Innovate & Adapt: Stay ahead of market trends, analyse consumer insights, and spot opportunities to outsmart the competition.
- Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Negotiate for Success: Secure top-tier contracts, promotions, and placement deals that maximise visibility and growth.
- Data-Driven Performance: Track and analyse sales data to identify improvement opportunities and keep pushing boundaries.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep up with industry shifts, regulations, and best practices, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.

- Proven Track Record: You’ve successfully managed national accounts, driving sales and delivering results across diverse categories.
- Strategic Sales Leader: You bring strong commercial acumen and a history of executing category growth strategies that make a real difference.
- Negotiation & Communication Pro: You know how to navigate tough negotiations, communicate effectively, and build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-Driven: You turn data into actionable insights, using it to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Resilient & Tenacious: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to achieving ambitious goals, even when faced with challenges.
- Sales Experience: A background in FMCG sales will give you a distinct edge, although passion and drive are just as important.
