We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to partner with the Brand Director in shaping a three-year strategic roadmap for a key portfolio, Four Pillars & Vanguard. This Permanent, full-time role is instrumental in delivering business objectives, brand equity, and consumer engagement goals within a high-profile, fast-growing spirits category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute 3-year brand strategy and annual business plans to drive long-term sustainable growth.
- Lead brand innovation, positioning, and performance management (P&L, AOP budget).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts to achieve brand objectives.
- Maximise ROI on marketing investments by leveraging insights and best practices.
- Build strong internal relationships and support the development of your team across brand managers, social and e-commerce.
What you'll bring:
- +5 years Marketing experience (Spirits category experience is essential, consumer/luxury good experience is a plus).
- Proven ability and experience in leading brand strategy, platform lead innovation, and cross-functional projects.
- Strong expertise in through-the-line communication and e-commerce.
- Stakeholder and people leadership experience with a track record of delivering results.
- Experience in brand transformation is an added advantage.
