Learning & Development Specialist

Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences that drive individual and organisational growth? We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design and implement high-quality leadership and capability solutions that empower our people and drive business performance. This is an 6-8-month contract for 3 days per week (or the equivalent).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning solutions that develop leaders and uplift critical skills.
• Manage L&D projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and our 2025–2027 leadership strategy.
• Develop success measures and evaluate learning impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Innovate with digital tools and technology to enhance the learner experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement capability-building programs across multiple functions and geographies.

What You Bring

• Strong experience in managing learning and development strategy programs.
• Expertise in leadership theories & concepts, behavioural theory and capability frameworks.
• A data-driven approach with a focus on human-centred design and learner experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and navigate conflicting priorities.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
