Based in Sydney, you will be the go-to partner for our on-premise customers, driving growth, building strategic relationships, and ensuring Lion brands are planned, present, and performing in every venue.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Be the trusted partner for your accounts, driving long-term growth and loyalty.
- Lead strategic business planning and commercial negotiations that deliver meaningful wins for both your customers and Lion.
- Own and accelerate sales growth, volume, revenue, and market share.
- Transform customer, market, and consumer insights into actionable strategies that strengthen partnerships and drive growth.
- Ensure our premium and iconic brands are planned, present, and performing at their best in every venue.
- Hunt for new opportunities while growing and nurturing existing relationships to maximise impact.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven success in sales and account management with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the on-premise, FMCG, or alcohol/beverage sector is highly valued.
- Ability to build trust, grow partnerships, and lead commercial discussions confidently.
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and execution skills with the ability to turn insights into action and create real value for customers and Lion.
- A commercial mindset, proactive approach and a drive to identify and capture growth opportunities.
