Inventory Coordinator

We’re looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing our stock movements, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our broader operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receiving, processing & verifying incoming inventory and supplies
• Preparing reports, sharing insights, and maintaining records on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies
• Conducting regular inventory audits for accuracy
• Engaging all internal stakeholders with regular inventory updates
• Leading & reviewing interstate transfers and liaising with warehousing & 3PL partners
• Responsible for inventory system error management
• Supporting the customer service team when required

• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and strong time management

Knowledge & Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics Finance & Operations
• Experience in inventory control and customer service
• FMCG experience (preferred but not essential)
