Want to work on one of the world’s most iconic beer brands? Do you have a new or old love for the Formula 1® Grand Prix? Love Heineken® & Heineken® 0.0? We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Manager to join the Heineken® team in Australia.  

You will be joining a talented team on the Heineken® Brand within a broader Lion Marketing Team. The core purpose of this role is to drive, execute and amplify big brand ideas across multiple platform and connection points to drive brand equity and conversion.
 
In this role, you will be required to work within cross-functional teams to deliver key projects across the long- and short-term horizon. Joining a high calibre, consumer focused team, you will feel supported as you take ownership of your portfolio and key projects. 
 
A day in the life.. 

  • Creativity: Lead and inspire agency village or internal parties to elevate creative across all channels & touchpoints (paid, owned, earned) 
  • Connections Planning: Work with key agency partners to shape and implement connections architecture to deliver to KPIs & ensure integrated campaign across multiple touchpoints.
  • Drive Consistency: Ensure consistent red thread throughout all touchpoints (includes, creative idea, visual identity & tone/messaging)
  • Planning: Lead process to ensure clarity of when communications will be in market & to ensure all projects are delivered on time. 
  • Data & Optimisation: Seek data available & build insights to make optimisations to improve campaign effectiveness including owning post campaign reporting and recommendations.
  • Digital & social: Lead strategy & execution aligned to the connection’s strategy across key channels either directly and/or with the support of your digital agencies. 

 
What you will need from day one…

  • Influence & communication skills: Ability to brief, inspire & influence agencies to deliver world class creative & connections within guardrails of idea.
  • Consumer: How to plan, execute and optimise campaign to connect with consumer
  • Drive Accountability: Hold internal partners & agencies accountable for delivering projects on time.
  • Performance Marketing: Understand how to draw insights from research & performance tracking to optimise creative/media plan.
  • Curiosity & Learning Agility: Actively seeking how to better engage with consumers.
  • Knowledge of Creative Development Process; Connections strategy (role of channel); Media Buying; Campaign Planning; Digital Strategy & trends

 

Your experience will include 5+ years in a combination of

  • Integrated Communications Manager in Alcohol/FMCG industry
  • Creative Agency/Digital Agency/Media Agency: Strategist, Planner
