The opportunity
We’re looking for someone to join our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team in a role that sits right at the centre of how we plan and perform as a business.
Reporting to Head of Strategic Planning, this role plays a key part in connecting our 3-year strategy to what’s actually happening across the business. You’ll work across functions to bring clarity to our long-term outlook—tracking performance, identifying risks and making sure we’re focused on the right opportunities.
It’s a highly cross-functional role, with exposure to Marketing Directors and Managers, Customer Directors, Commercial Strategy & Performance, Finance and beyond—ideal for someone who enjoys working across the business and influencing outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and evolving the IBP process, ensuring alignment to our long-term strategy
- Co-owning the long-term forecast, connecting strategy to clear, data-led assumptions
- Supporting the monthly Demand Review—bringing the right story, data and actions together
- Tracking strategic initiatives across the business and assessing their impact on performance
- Partnering cross-functionally to pressure-test assumptions and ensure alignment
- Identifying and highlighting risks and opportunities, making sure the right teams are engaged
- Driving continuous improvement in how we plan, track and report performance
What you’ll bring
This role suits someone who’s commercially curious, analytically strong and comfortable working across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you enjoy turning data into insight
- Ability to translate strategy into clear assumptions and models
- Confidence working with data tools (advanced Excel and Power BI highly valued)
- Strong stakeholder management—you can influence, align and challenge constructively
- Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects
- A mindset for continuous improvement and simplifying how things get done
- FMCG background would be advantageous
You might be coming from RGM, Category, Sales (NAM/KAM), Demand Planning or another commercial role where you’ve built strong analytical and stakeholder capability.
Why this role
This is a great opportunity to step into a role that gives you real visibility across the business and how it operates.
You’ll build a deeper understanding of how strategy translates into performance, strengthen your influencing skills, and play a key role in shaping how we plan for the future.
