Innovation Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Innovation Project Manager to join our talented Innovation team In this role you will drive the product change program including NPD, value engineering and new packaging formats for growth across the Lion’s brand portfolio.  This role will be based out of our York Street Office with hybrid working options available.
 

A day in the life

• Project manage priority NPD, value creation and other product change through development and commercialisation to launch.

• Deliver projects through StageGate applying the process for efficiency and the right governance.

• Partner with brand, supply chain and RGM teams to execute agreed pipeline to plan.

• Drive strong visibility of product change program through PMR and other innovation forums.

• ​Drive continuous improvement in project management approach including the adoption of best practice methodologies across project teams​.

• Lead engagement and communication to our brand teams to ensure solutions are aligned to brand goals.

What will make you successful!

• Experience working in a fast-paced team. FMCG experience is highly regarded.

• Significant experience in best practice project management methodologies and leading cross functional project teams.

• Experience in end to end product management and role of NPD and value engineering in product life cycle

• Capability in leading projects through StageGate and through Accolade 

• Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and derive outcomes.

• Ability to build partnerships, influence and explore multiple pathways for solutions.
