We’re looking for an Innovation Delivery Manager to join our Innovation team at the heart of one of Australia’s most iconic beer portfolios. Reporting to the Innovation Delivery Leader, you’ll operate at the crossroads of brand strategy, consumer insight, and commercial execution — helping turn big ideas into meaningful products that strengthen our Masterbrand and drive future growth.
If you’re energised by cross-functional teamwork, complex problem-solving, and creating things people will literally hold in their hands (and drink!), this is a role with both impact and visibility. You’ll have a rare vantage point across the entire business — from idea to shelf — working with some of the country’s most talented brand, supply, category, and commercial teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
A typical day might see you:
• Lead venture teams through the end-to-end innovation lifecycle, bringing clarity, accountability, and momentum to every stage.
• Connect closely with the Innovation Discovery team to ensure concepts stay true to strategic and consumer intent throughout development.
• Own bundle development for select innovation platforms, collaborating with Insights, Supply Chain, R&D, and external agency partners to build commercially compelling propositions.
• Navigate projects through the Stage Gate process, ensuring high-quality governance, decision readiness, and proactive risk mitigation across regulatory, supply, quality, and commercial dimensions.
• Partner with Category, Brand, and Shopper teams to engage customers in the innovation agenda — ensuring launch plans are commercially sharp, customer-ready, and executionally robust.
• Champion innovation process excellence, elevating ways of working and embedding best-practice commercialisation across Marketing and venture teams.
What Will Make You Successful
• Experience in fast-moving FMCG environments, where consumer expectations demand pace and precision.
• Hands-on innovation commercialisation or brand management experience, ideally with strong NPD exposure.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional venture teams, balancing collaboration with accountability and outcomes.
• Strategic agility with commercial fluency, using data, insight, and business logic to make smart trade-offs and deliver against targets.
• Understanding of innovation frameworks and delivery methodologies, with the ability to coach, uplift, and simplify complexity for others.
• Confident communication and stakeholder leadership skills, able to influence, align, and explore multiple solution pathways.
