Your day in Lions in house design team,

Based in our outstanding York Street, Sydney office, you’ll report into a Senior Designer and play a key role in efficiently implementing creative solutions that engage our customers and support our brand strategies.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract to start June 2026

This role is all about bringing creative to market — taking established brand ideas, key visuals and campaigns and expertly implementing them across POS, packaging, shopper, merchandise and wider activation channels, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on brand and to the highest standard.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Create World Class Activations
  • Implement creative solutions aligned to brand, category, channel and shopper strategies
  • Deliver compliant, high-quality POS and shopper assets across key touchpoints

Be a Vital Business Partner

  • Support Senior Designers with key visuals and shopper activations
  • Partner with Brand, Shopper, Innovation and NOP teams to deliver campaigns, promotions and NPD

Ensure Efficient & Effective Investment

  • Deliver high quality design work DIFOT and within allocated design hours
  • Support supplier management and contribute to team and Lion Design initiatives

 

 To be successful you will bring

  • A strong passion for design with a sharp eye for detail and execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator essential; Premiere Pro desirable)
  • Experience implementing creative across print, POS, packaging and brand rollouts
  • A solid understanding of working from established creative and brand guidelines
  • Confidence partnering with cross functional stakeholders and working at pace
  • A tertiary qualification in design (degree or diploma)

Experience working on brand rollouts, within an agency or in house design team — ideally within FMCG, beverage or consumer brands — will be highly regarded.
