We're seeking a Head of Demand Planning & IBP to join our vibrant Sales Team. In this role you'll have the opportunity to lead, maintain and continually improve the integrity of the Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) and Demand Review (DR) frameworks. You will do this by ensuring the approved Integrated Business Planning (IBP) plans are effectively delivered inside the Planning Time Fence and facilitate the monthly Demand Planning process ensuring that the numbers are driven and fully supported by assumptions and integrated with the aligned marketing and sales plans. 

You will lead a team of 9 talented individuals where you’ll be an agile and inspiring leader that is energised by the achievement of others. This role is available on a permanent, full-time basis from our Sydney Office. 
 
A day in the life…
1.    ITP (0-13 week)
•    You will be accountable for the discipline of the ITP process including business development, demand, supply, people, inventory and capacity plans. 
•    You will focus the ITP process on delivering the approved IBP plans within the 13 week timeline. 
2.    Demand Review (4-36 months)
•    You will be accountable for the discipline of the Demand Review process for the development of one rolling 36 month integrated Demand plan underpinned by documented assumptions, drivers and activities, business plans aligned to strategy, 3 year plan. 
•    You will work as a team with IBP Leaders, and all facilitators to re-align functional plans, drive gap closing activities and all required actions. You will do this by liaising with senior managers to develop contingencies, options and recommendations to resolve issues
3.    Continuous Improvement 
•    You will assess the skill and knowledge levels and develop educational plans together with management to achieve appropriate levels of knowledge and understanding. 
•    You will establish and lead where appropriate, multi-functional teams to implement/enhance the process or elements of the process 


What we're looking for:
•    You will have demonstrated leadership experience and most importantly you will be an agile and inspiring leader and coach that is energised by the achievement of others.
•    Deep understanding of demand planning and knowledge of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) steps and what good looks like within this process.
•    Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is essential, as it'll help you hit the ground running.
•    An ability to navigate through a complex sales environment coupled with an ability to demonstrate clear and decisive commercial thinking will help set you up for success in this role.
•    A strategic mindset with an ability to interpret and apply an understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions
•    Confident communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
