Head of Analytics, Data and AI

At LION, we have made significant progress within our Digital and Technology function, and we’re now ready for the next step in this journey. As part of this, we are now looking for an Head of Analytics, Data and AI to join our team reporting through to our Executive General Manager, Digital and Technology. This is a pivotal role that will enable LION to pursue its next phase of growth and profitability.

In this role you will deliver measurable business value through Digital, Data, Analytics & AI, drive enterprise-wide adoption and usage of insights, and establish Digital, Data, Analytics & AI as a trusted capability.

We are seeking a disciplined, strategic, and commercially minded executive who will understand Lion’s context, economics, business model and opportunities. This person will possess broad business acumen, commercial nous, and a demonstrated ability to operate confidently across functions. This will include engaging directly with the C-level to ensure ongoing alignment, sponsorship, and to support critical business decisions through high-impact analytical support.

You’ll be a highly quantitative business leader with a strong degree of technical and analytical fluency, and a track record of leading and operationalising Digital, Data, Analytics & AI solutions at scale.
