Group FP&A Manager

We're looking for a Group FP&A Manager to join our Lion FP&A team. In this dynamic role, you will lead the delivery of consolidated budgets, forecasts and performance reporting. Your analysis and insights will enable senior management to make better decisions and manage business performance. You'll work closely with various Finance team members across the business and engage with senior management, providing an excellent opportunity to further develop your partnering skills and commercial acumen.

In this role you'll:

• Work with Business Unit finance teams to consolidate and report on budget for Lion
• Own regular, high-level reporting 
• Drive capital management forecasting and reporting
• Conduct analysis and lead a team to provide insights to support decision-making
• Identify and implement system and process improvements
• Engage with senior stakeholders across the business

Some of the skills you'll bring:

• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
• Good Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• High attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• A continuous improvement and challenger mindset
• Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or similar,  with CA/CPA qualification
• Experience working in a large, complex organisation
