We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst, to join our team on a permanent, full-time opportunity, reporting to our Finance Manager – Sales. In this role, you will partner with the business to provide financial and commercial analysis and insights to enable better decisions and manage business performance. 

This role requires a high level of business partnering to the On-Premise Sales team to execute our Pourage Rights agreements. You will contribute to help create a vibrant culture in Finance, while continuously coaching our business partners on key processes around our Pourage Right agreements.

 

  • Business Partner our On-Premise Sales Field team
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of contract set up and closure in SAP
  • Conduct analysis on rebates, pricing analysis, accrual balances
  • Ensure timely, accurate and insightful management of the P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Identify risks and opportunities that are material at a BU level to commercial performance
  • Present complex information in simple format

To be successful you will bring

 

  • Proven collaboration and the ability to engage and partner with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Previous experience within Accounting, Commercial or Financial roles with a commercial lens
  • Established user of excel to analyse and model large sets of data
  • Experience in finance planning and reporting
  • Strong analytic mindset, utilising data to generate deep insights to influence decisions
  • Confident communication with the ability to communicate financials at a non-technical level
  • Customer focussed mindset and ability to build trusting relationship and have courageous conversations
  • Tertiary degree required with a professional qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent) preferred
