E-Retail Performance Executive

As our e-Retail Performance Executive, you'll play a key role in driving online sales growth through retail media, performance marketing and optimisation across our key retail partners. You'll own retail media campaigns from planning through to execution, turning insights into action and delivering measurable commercial results.

This a fixed-term opportunity ending late February 2027.

A day in the life:

• Plan, execute and optimise retail media campaigns across a range of online retail platforms, delivering agreed sales targets
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise ROAS and ROI, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Manage budgets and annual retail media calendars to maximise commercial outcomes
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver integrated online campaigns
• Develop campaign briefs and work collaboratively with content teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our eCommerce strategy by identifying new opportunities, trends and ways of working

What you'll need from day one:

• Experience in retail media, eCommerce or performance marketing
• Understanding of retail media networks such as Criteo, CitrusAd, Cartology, Coles360 or Amazon Ads
• Experience using data and insights to optimise campaign performance, with strong analytical skills across GA4, Power BI and Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build cross-functional relationships
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience within FMCG, retail or a digital agency environment will be highly regarded
