Business Analyst

As our Solution Analyst, you'll be the problem solver and out of the box thinker supporting our sales team with any system related issues, providing them with ongoing maintenance and support. In this role, you'll also need a challenger mindset, ready to tackle our reporting suites head-on. You'll dive into the depths of our sales systems to understand its intricacies and unlock its true potential.This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who’s hungry to learn, ready to challenge the status quo, and keen to make a real impact from day one.

A day in the life:

• Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders across different functions. Your ability to build trust, influence without authority, and communicate effectively will be critical
• You’ll be responsible for the timely management and escalation of tickets raised by the team to minimise customer impact 
• You’ll provide support on immediate business impacts for any issues identified in our sales systems including the analysis of issues
• You’ll go one step further and support with recommendations on next steps for issue resolution once immediate business impact is managed
• You will work with our Sales & Digital team to identify opportunities for improving sales processes and propose solutions, collaborating with IT and other departments to design, validate and implement these solutions
  
  

What you will need from day one:

• Proficiency and expertise in analysing system outputs, identifying issues and looking for resolutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to a range of audiences
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, creative thinking skills will be highly valued within this role
