Brewing Materials Specialist

We are looking for a Brewing Materials Specialist to join our diverse brewing team here in Sydney on a 12-14 Month Contract basis.

A day in the life…

You will manage Brewing raw materials from delivery through to use, conduct quality inspections and maintain appropriate stock levels on site. Support & provide expertise with product quality compliance; Support production teams by being a key part of Raw material management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety: Promote safe work practices, PPE compliance, and safety issue resolution
• Quality & Environment: Maintain SEQIS & SAP specs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance
• Delivery & Performance: Manage inventory, quality control, material movements, and problem-solving (5Y, DMAIC, FIT). Working with suppliers to coordinate logistics
• Improvement & Systems: Support quality initiatives, lead improvements, and coach team members
• Lion Team Expectations: Promote safety culture, continuous learning, and system/process improvements

What You Need:

• Attention to detail, planning, and organisational skills
• SAP experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and time management
• Forklift licence (preferred, training available)

Experience & Knowledge:

• Manufacturing (preferably beverage/FMCG)
• SAP, SEQIS, Excel, statistical tools
• Procurement/materials background preferred
• Brewing General Certificate (preferred)
