Love Heineken®, Heineken® Silver, OR Heineken® 0.0? We are looking for a Brand Manager to join the Heineken® team in Australia.  

 

You will be joining a talented team on the Heineken® Brand within a broader Lion Marketing Team. You’ll transform innovative ideas into impactful campaigns, driving brand growth and exceeding consumer expectations to achieve ambitious business goals.

 

A day in the life…

  • Support the Country Manager in managing brand performance to achieve consumer and commercial objectives, including AOP budgets.
  • Develop and execute brand strategies and plans that influence long-term consumer behaviour and drive commercial success.
  • Lead core brand innovation projects and oversee launch plans to bring new ideas to market effectively.
  • Analyse brand performance using data insights and recommend adjustments to meet both short- and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate across teams and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and deliver impactful results.

What you will need from day one…

  • Translate brand strategies into impactful marketplace execution to create long-term consumer demand.
  • Use consumer and commercial data to develop clear, actionable recommendations for brand growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align efforts with long-term strategic goals.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, planning, and development, including Brand DNA.
  • Ability to generate actionable insights from consumer and commercial data.
  • Understanding the role of communications, innovation, availability, and pricing in driving demand.
  • Experience in innovation development and commercialization.

Your experience will include 5+ years in:

  • Proven marketing roles with demonstrated success.
  • Participating in a full cycle of brand strategy development and planning.
  • Managing cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes
