As our Assistant Brand Manager, you will have responsibility for:

  • Own the day-to-day management of the Specialist Brands portfolio and Brand Vanguard with guidance from the Brand Manager. Specialist brands include key bartender‑favourite brands such as Suze, Tempus Fugit, BarSol Pisco and Crawley’s Syrups, and more.
  • Manage day-to-day engagement with global brand owners, including reporting, innovation pipeline, asset management and ongoing brand support
  • Lead the execution of trade, shopper and consumer marketing programs across retail, on-premise and e-commerce channels
  • Manage the production, storage and distribution of point -of sale (POS) materials, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with regulatory and responsible service standards.
  • Measure the ROI of trade and consumer activation through sales uplift, retailer compliance, and engagement metrics.

To be successful for this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience working as an Assistant Brand Manager within alcohol or the FMCG industry is preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail, budget management skills and a results focused approach
  • Proven communication skills, understanding the unique needs of different audiences
  • Solid stakeholder management skills from internal colleagues through to external partners
  • Strong learning agility combined with data and digital literacy
  • Experience of Brand Marketing and Brand Management
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic plans and think innovatively
