Activation Executive

Our Customer Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Activation Executive to join our supportive and professional Customer Marketing team, reporting into the Shopper Marketing Manager in the Sydney York Street Office on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
 

A day in the life:
Our collective purpose is to develop & deliver brilliant initiatives that convert our shoppers whilst establishing solid partnerships with our customers.

· You will work collaboratively with a team of 20 to create solutions that deliver against our brand objectives that are mutually beneficial to Lion and our customers.

· You’ll support our Brand and Sales teams by developing and executing product launches, promotions and other marketing activations to drive connections, trial and conversion with shoppers.

· You will lead our go to market execution for Ready to Drink (RTD) NPD’s.

· You will also lead the activation Execution for Kirin Hyoketsu, a leading brand in our RTD portfolio.

What you will bring:

· Sound ability to connect insight, strategy & execution to deliver positive outcomes.

· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple diverse initiatives simultaneously.

· Excellent communication skills and outstanding stakeholder management.

· Building partnerships with customers and agencies and working collaboratively to meet shared objectives.

· Passion for and experience in shopper/trade marketing
