We're on the hunt for a Sponsorship & Events – Field Activation Specialist to join our Lion Sales team to oversee the efficient management and execution of warehouse operations, inventory control, and event setups aimed at enhancing consumer engagement with our renowned brands.
Based at our Bentley Warehouse in Perth, you'll report directly to our Sponsorship & Events Leader and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of our branded assets and equipment.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work and after hours work depending on event needs.
What will your typical day involve?
• Managing the storage, maintenance, and inventory of our branded assets and equipment, from within the Sponsorship & Events Warehouse.
• Operating an online booking system for asset and equipment requests, handling inquiries from start to finish, and providing cost estimates for rentals to our sales team.
• Coordinating the timely delivery and retrieval of equipment and assets, maintaining positive relationships with our customers.
• Maintaining all assets and equipment ensuring they are in good working order and adhere to our safety standards.
• Keeping all stakeholders informed with timely communication on event activation statuses.
• Supporting our sales team with event planning including recommendations on logistics and equipment to deliver first class activations.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, you will be comfortable engaging with customers.

- Effective time management abilities and a proactive and motivated approach to work.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement to enhance our processes.
- The ability to operate independently within a self-managed setting
- A valid driver's license and eligibility to work permanently in Australia are required.
- A forklift license is desirable but not mandatory as we are willing to sponsor the necessary training for the right applicant.
