We believe that people should be able to take in the true sights, sounds and tastes of a brewery… and even have a bite to eat too. 
 

That is why we placed the “Great Hall” smack bang in the middle of the brewery.

A huge shed (and former crocodile farm) on the water’s edge in Fremantle was to become the home of this beer and the birthplace of Little Creatures Brewing. 
 

As our Head Chef, you will be the culinary visionary behind our success. We are seeking an innovative, creative, outside-the-box thinker to head up our kitchen team in Fremantle.Reporting to our Executive Chef, you will be:
•    Professional, strategic, responsible, trustworthy, 
•    Tech-savvy, but not a clipboard Chef. 
•    Hands-on team leader with administrative ability a must.
•    As the Head Chef, you have EXCELLENT communication. 
•    Must come with a passion for sustainability, environmental initiatives, and quality food that is good for the planet and for our guest experience.
•    You must be able to cook menus around beer and sustainable sourcing, seasonal and local ingredients with bold flavours, vibrant colours, and attention to detail. 
•    Versatility is important.


Who You Are:
•    You need to be a great mentor and coach to the team to inspire care and passion for the food and mission behind it. 
•    Cultural and personality fit is VERY important in this role. Polished, professional, articulate all important aspects. Someone who is friendly and can manage up and down is important.
•    The ability to make great food consistently, even in a busy, fast-moving, high-volume kitchen operation. 
•    Business acumen, costing, P&L management and compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen areas.
