Brewery Technician - Night Shift

We're looking for a Brewery Technician to join our Packaging team on a permanent night shift. Opportunities like this don't come around often at XXXX. As part of our night shift team, you'll play an important role in keeping our packaging lines running safely and efficiently, ensuring every product that leaves the brewery meets our high standards of quality.

The shift pattern is Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm – 6:00am

What you'll be doing

• Operating and monitoring packaging equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently
• Carrying out quality, safety and operational checks to ensure product excellence
• Identifying and troubleshooting equipment issues to minimise downtime
• Working closely with your teammates to solve problems and continuously improve our processes
• Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards across the production area

What you'll bring

• Experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing environment is highly regarded
• A strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• A hands-on, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn
• The ability to think on your feet and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• FMCG, food or beverage manufacturing experience is advantageous, but not essential—we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
