Production Supervisor

Tooheys is home to some of Australia’s most loved beverages and a proud New South Wales institution. We’re looking for a people-first, frontline leader to join our high-performing Packaging Team in Lidcombe.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity where you’ll lead a team of 10 Operators and Trades on the floor. More than anything, we’re looking for someone who can motivate a team, build trust, and bring energy to the way work gets done. We believe in relentlessly focusing on our PEOPLE and PROCSSES, and the SCORE (results) takes care of itself!

You don’t need a degree to succeed here. If you’ve got the drive to lead, the curiosity to learn, and the ability to bring people with you—we want to hear from you.

Two-week shift pattern (9 day fortnight):

• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm – Midnight (with a 3-day weekend)

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be right in the action—leading from the front, not from behind a desk. Your focus will be on:

• Creating a safe, supportive, and high-performing team environment
• Coaching and developing your team to build capability and confidence
• Delivering production plans while minimising waste and downtime
• Leading the Team’s Continuous Improvement journey (TPM) and helping the team find better ways of working
• Building a culture of accountability, ownership, and pride in what you produce.

What we’re looking for:

We care more about values, principles, mindset and leadership, than specific qualifications. You might come from manufacturing, logistics, maintenance, aviation, or another operational environment. We would love to you to have: -

• A genuine passion for leading people and bringing out their best
• A hands-on approach - you’re comfortable being on the floor with your team
• Strong motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Demonstrated ability to stay calm, organised, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in operations (manufacturing, logistics, trades, etc.) is helpful, but not essential
