The Role
As the trusted P&C Business Partner at Tooheys, you’ll work closely with our Brewery Director and Site Leadership Team to lift capability, navigate change and embed fit‑for‑purpose people practices -
- Partner with site leaders to build strong capability across leadership, performance, engagement and accountability
- Coach and support leaders through complex people matters, including performance, wellbeing and employee relations
- Support organisational change, including design, planning and communication
- Contribute to enterprise negotiations and broader P&C initiatives
- Translate engagement, culture and people data into meaningful insights and actions
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional people projects, while championing safety, wellbeing and inclusion

About you
As well as being an experienced P&C Partner, you will bring –
- Proven ability to influence and build strong partnerships at all levels
- A coaching approach that builds leader capability and confidence to take ownership themselves
- Confidence managing complex P&C matters with fairness, care and commercial judgement
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to translate people data and insights into meaningful action
- Collaborative mindset, building alignment across the wider Lion business
