Learning Technology & Systems Specialist

We’re looking for a Learning Technology & Systems Specialist to help power that. You’ll own and optimise our learning systems, support our sites, and shape how technology enables capability across manufacturing and supply chain.

You’ll sit in our Supply Chain Operational Excellence team, working across AU/NZ and partnering closely with our sites to make sure our tools are simple, useful, and actually used.

This role can be based in Sydney, Brisbane or Auckland.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the go-to for LMS and learning tech across the business (SuccessFactors, Cloud Assess) including day-to-day queries and troubleshooting
• Own and optimise system configuration, role profiles and user experience
• Partner with sites on training needs analysis, capability plans and matrix use
• Spot opportunities to better embed learning tech into day-to-day operations
• Structure and translate data into insights for reporting (Power BI)
• Keep systems running smoothly, compliant and continuously improving

What you’ll bring:

• Experience working with an LMS (SuccessFactors highly regarded)
• Strong systems mindset, comfortable owning and improving platforms
• Ability to work with data and turn it into meaningful insights
• Experience partnering with operational teams, ideally within supply chain or manufacturing environments
• Practical, solutions-focused approach and strong stakeholder skills
