What you’ll be doing:
• Leading all aspects of a busy, high-performing kitchen
• Inspiring, mentoring, and developing your team to deliver consistently outstanding food
• Driving creativity and innovation across the menu
• Managing kitchen operations, including costs, systems, and performance
• Rolling up your sleeves and leading from the front when it matters most
What you bring:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume à la carte environment
• A passion for great food, current trends, and creating memorable dining experiences
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team
• Commercial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
• Energy, creativity, and a genuine drive to succeed
