Venue Manager – Four Pillars Gin, Healesville
We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, reliable human to lead our team at Four Pillars Gin in beautiful Healesville. The Venue Manager leads the full Four Pillars Healesville experience, the people, the culture, the service, the operations, the numbers, the brand energy, the events, and the community connections.
It’s a role for someone who can be the heartbeat of the venue: warm, organised, commercially sharp, and able to bring the team together across FOH, events and kitchen.
Your Leadership Team
You’ll lead a talented group including:
- Head Chef – running a tight, creative kitchen
- Events Manager – delivering private, corporate and industry events
- Duty Managers – supporting daily operations
Plus, a 40–50-person workforce, including a strong casual pool to scale with tourism demand.
What we're looking for:
- Deliver a warm, memorable Four Pillars guest experience across walk-ins, tastings, retail, cocktails and events
- Maintain strong revenue and NOP performance while keeping service fun, human and high‑quality
- Champion a unified, collaborative, one‑team venue culture
- Ensure events run smoothly, reflect the brand and create new fans
- Own labour forecasting, rostering and weekly performance
- Represent Four Pillars across local and regional tourism networks
- Build partnerships with key tourism bodies and local producers to position the Distillery as a must‑visit Yarra Valley destination.
- Lead with clarity and warmth, build succession pathways and run meaningful development conversations.
